This a is new favorite! Great flavors that all work perfectly together. I used boneless pork chops instead and it was delicious! My husband is still raving about it :) Will make again.

Just made this casserole tonight, and it is fantastic!! The flavors meld together to make a delightful dish. The pork (I used boneless country-style ribs) was tenderized during the cooking. I also used bubbling apple cider because I didn't have regular cider on hand. Try it, you'll love it as we do. Easy.
