made biscuts the regular way, just split them in the middle added the mixed ingriedients, replaced the top piece. Reduced butter a bit. Good.

I looked at what everyone said first...
so instead of using biscuits, I used crescents rolls. I used the same recipe other wise,(not really loaves, as mush as rolls) garlic, cheese, .... yumm
no gooey middle

The photo of the loaves lured me to make these, but my Pull-Apart Loaves turned out very doughy in the middle. I wish I had read the comments here before attempting this recipe. The parts that were cooked were delicious. I loved the combo of garlic and cheese, but my loaves were a big, hot mess.

We really enjoyed this. Added more garlic that the recipe called for.

This was delicious. I added more garlic than was called for. It was buttery, garlicky, cheesy and oh so yummy!!!! I will make them again but I will put the biscuits in the freezer for a couple of minutes cause they were very hard to slice. Otherwise.....YUM!

Awesome. Family gathering completely devoured the biscuits, even my 2 picky daughter-in-laws. The only changes made was to make it with the smaller Pillsbury biscuits, homestyle, with no need to split and just buttering only the one side and adding 5 mins to the baking time.

After reading the reviews, I decided to cook this at 365 for 20 minutes and it came out perfectly. It was a big hit! Didn't have any problems with the butter going everywhere and making a mess.

Not impressed with this at all. I followed the tip to pull the layers apart a little farther; the outside was still cooked too much and the inside still doughy. The butter just leaked out everywhere and made for a messy bread.

These were a little doughy... will try a second time, and pull them more apart. The taste was delicius, so I want to try again.
