Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley and salad dressing mix; mix well.
Place buttermilk in shallow bowl. Dip chicken pieces in buttermilk; coat with crumb mixture. Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle margarine evenly over chicken.
Bake at 400°F. for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear.
