container (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese

tablespoon fat-free (skim) milk
1/2
teaspoon salt-free onion-herb seasoning
1/2
cup finely chopped fresh broccoli
1/2
cup shredded carrot

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, mix cream cheese, milk and herb seasoning. Stir in broccoli and carrot. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until serving time (dip can be refrigerated up to 24 hours).
  2. 2 Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, such as cucumber, summer squash or zucchini slices, and red bell pepper pieces.
