(6-oz.) can water-packed tuna, drained, flaked

cup chopped seeded cucumber

cup shredded carrot

cup chopped green onions

cup nonfat mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoons nonfat sour cream

tablespoon lemon juice

leaves leaf lettuce

slices whole wheat bread, toasted if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine tuna, cucumber, carrot, onions, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice; mix well. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 4 slices of bread; spoon and spread 1/2 cup tuna mixture onto each. Top with remaining slices of bread.
