This is the tastiest tidbit-type dish I've ever fixed. It practically melts in your mouth. However, it takes quite a bit more prep time than what is listed with the recipe.

haven't made this yet but in reading the directions it said to cut the croissant's 'lengthwise' and all I could picture was these tiny strips of pastry and how were you going to cover the spinach mixture with it. The video was much more helpful - it showed the croissants being cut width wise, not lengthwise. I have made another pepperoni pull apart that was great and I will be making this one soon.

Very tasty, received raves at a recent pot-luck gathering. Prep was involved and took me about an hour.

OMG! This was so good! I will make this again, as it came out perfectly. My husband and I finished the whole thing- we could not stop eating it. I made it slightly healthier by using low fat mayo, cream cheese, butter, and mozarella cheese. It turned out fantastic! What a great idea... easy to make.

This recipe went over GREAT! I make this for every party and family get together. Everyone asks me to bring THIS when I ask what I can offer!!! I have altered the recipe and added diced chicken breast pre cooked one time. Worked out very well!!! It is a fun recipe to make with the kids too!!! They get messy and have fun!!! My 8 year old is getting quite good at making the balls!!!

I made this for my family this weekend and they all LOVED it! I will be making this again soon! The only reason I did not give it a 5 was it was just a tad salty. I would recommend putting only 1/2 tsp of garlic salt in the spinach dip mixture.

I made this for a Girls Nite Out and my guests LOVED IT!!! Even my son, who claims to not like spinach said it was very tasty (he got the leftovers) :-)I will definitely make it again and am passing on the recipe to my GNO attendees.
