Ingredients

2 - Pillsbury® Place 'n Bake® Refrigerated Crescent Rounds 8 oz (8 ct)

very ripe avacodos
1-
can diced tomatoes and chilies(10oz)
1-
bag mild cheddar cheese cubes(6.4oz)
1-
fresh lemon
1/4
teaspoon of salt

  • 1 Heat oven to 375 degree F. Place crescent rounds on a
  • 2 In a medium bowl, slice and scoop avacados, squeeze 1/2 lemon and add salt. Slowly mix with electric mixer until creamy
  • 3 Open can of tomatoes and green chilies, drain and place in small bowl. Open bag of cheese.
  • 4 Remove crescent rounds from oven, cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet
  • 5 Use a sharpe knife, cut out center of crescent round. Insert 1/2 tbsp of guacamole, using a measuring spoon. Next, place 1 teaspoon of diced tomatoes and chiles, top with 2 cheese cubes on each crescent round
  • 6 Bake crescent rounds 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cool on baking sheet for 3 minutes. Remove from baking sheet to cooling racks.

I have used fresh baked wheat rolls, french loaves and 100 calorie wheat sandwich rounds for this recipe. All very delicious!
