Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or line with paper baking cups.
In medium bowl, beat bananas, sugar, milk, oil and egg with fork. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt just until flour is moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 45 minutes. Spread with peanut butter. Add cereal to look like hair. Create faces with decorating gel.
