These were a good sugar cookie - easy to make. I think next time I'll make my own frosting, as mine is always better than canned. I'd make these again and maybe switch up cake mixes. Great when you don't have much time!

I love this recipe. It's so quick and easy for when I really want nice soft cookies without a big production. Even my toddler has no problem helping me prepare(except for the oven of coarse. He's not allowed near that).

I've been making this recipe for 20 years now, it was the first thing I was allowed to bake start to finish alone and I was 8 years old at the time. It's a super easy reciepe, fast baking time and full of flavor. I've also learned over the years that if you know any severe diabetics, such as my dad, these are a wonderful lower sugar "sweet" treat for them if leave off the frosting...and I for one think they taste perfect whether you do or do not add frosting. I'm now a professional baker, and I HIGHLY recommend this recipe to anyone with small children, I make them with my 2 & 4 year olds wit

These cookies are amazing. My granddaughter and I made them at Chrstimas. Was really fun for both of us. And the flavor is fantastic.

wow! these are the best cookies i've ever tasted. once i was at a party and my friends took the cookies into the bathroom and ate them all! i was mad! but i got revenge when i Teepeed there house! but i never got to eat them.. so please send me some! thanks... this will really help my self confindence! thanks a bunch! xoxo ps.. if you dont..lets just say u better start sleeping with one eye open! mwahahahah! jk...well not really

My daughter is 14 and I have been making this recipe since she was in elementary school! She asks for it first over any other cookie I make! Everyone loves it! It's very inexpensive to make, one bowl, easy clean-up and quick! Just can't beat this cookie!

These are so good and actually fun to make. I even substituted unsweetened applesauce in place of the oil and they turned out amazing! Loved it!
