I have been making Funfetti cookies for years...my family would disown me if i did not put them in their cookie & candy tins @ Christmas time...I make them for all holidays...I also enjoy putting my own twist on them !

I love these cookies. I got the box of funfetti cake mix home and realized that its the 15.25. I found out that they don't make the 18 ounce one anymore. So I wasn't sure how the cookies would turn out now because of the ratio for cake mix to oil and eggs. So I used 1/4 cup oil and 2 eggs and they turned out fine.

when i tried this recipe with the cake mix it turned out good but when itasted it it was very sweet
the dough was beautiful amazing
but im glad my friend enjoyed it

I tried making them today and you are right. They are more liquid than needed. I made what is used for the cake mix. Except... I did 1/3 oil 2 eggs. I added a tad flour and sugar. Turned out fine!

Anyone else have trouble with this recipe? Seems like since the cake mix is now 15.25 oz instead of 18 oz there is too much liquid in the recipe to make the dough the right consistency. I use more like a 1/4c oil and either 1 egg or 1 whole egg and one egg white. But I would appreciate a more exact recipe now that you have gone and changed the packaging.

These are so good! Got the recipe from another mom that brought them to a get together a while back. They are so moist and delicious! Very easy and they bake very quickly. My two little ones love these.

I have made these cookies for my family and classmates;in which, they loved them. I made two different batches of cookies. The first batch was with lemon frosting, and second batch was the new bubble gum frosting; in which, it brought the cookies even more. Therefore, I will be making Funfetti cookies again. I think, I would try using cotton candy frosting this time.

I make these cake cookies for my friends at work and they love them. I have used other flavors too. A huge hit. They ask me to make them all the time. Very easy too.
