This is the best cookie I have ever eaten! That’s not an exaggeration, it’s a fact. This is not a recipe you can whip up in a minute or two, but then the best recipes take a little more time. In this case, the rewards are well worth the effort. The creamy peanut butter center surrounded by the crisp cookies, are a complete cookie alone, but adding the chocolate ganache and chopped nuts on top are what makes this cookie an absolute star! When I make these cookies, they disappear within minutes. This is by far the best cookie recipe Pillsbury ever chose. My family and friends love this cookie for the Holidays, but have been known to create their own “holiday” just so they can request these cookies any time. It's a winner year after year, and a pleasure to bake. Keep adding the recipe to your Pillsbury books, because this cookie is worthy of your highest reward!

I tried this recipe today, and it was delicious! The cookies are so pretty, and the rich combination of flavors is a wonderful improvement on plain peanut butter cookies. I'll defintely be making these for the holidays!
