The batter was very thick - I'd cut down the flour to maybe 1/4 to 1/3 cup. Also, I flattened the cookies slightly before dipping in powdered sugar to ensure the middle was baked (and not have the edges burn first).

Just made these last night for today's family Christmas get-together. They are GREAT! My daughter likes them, too. I rolled in powdered sugar to look like wagon wheels. Terrific cookie! Super easy to make. All I needed was a box of brownie mix. I usually make everything from scratch and was hesitant to making a cookie with a box mix as a base, but it was great! We'll make again. It made 22 cookies with a #40 scoop.

These turned out great! Very fudgy and moist. I rolled the dough balls in the sugar before baking. It gave a nice crisp contrast to the super moist middle. I actually doubled the coffee ingredient and it was perfect! These will be made again in our home for sure!!

Bleh. Tastes and smells artificial with the cappuccino mix. Maybe just use the sugar and they may be better.
