I feel this recipe would have been delicious, if the baked cookie dough had not have stuck to the tin foil. Both squares of chocolate chip cookies crumbled and broke, as I attempted to peel the foil off. I want to make this again, but I will definitely grease the foil.

As a little different thing - you can make brownies - divide the batter into 2 pans so you will have a top and bottom - then add your favorite topping - such as butterscotch, peppermint or whatever - you're only limited by your imagination. You can put whatever flavor of ice cream you like too - though to me vanilla can't be beat.

One of the easier and more fun recipes. I loved how simple it was. Once the dessert was set and I could cut it I wrapped it in clear plastic wrap so that people could see what they were getting when I put them out as part of my dessert table. People raved over it.
