I made these for my Dad's 75th birthday party. There were many other bars and cakes, but these were very popular! Great taste, texture and super easy to make!

I made this for a dinner at my church. All the men were disapointed that a guy had made it, and all the women were impressed and wanted the recipe. Everyone wanted me to make it again and again. I make my own cookie dough instead of buying it.

This recipe is so simple. I made them for work and everyone went crazy for them. Now they keep asking when I am going to make them again. They will satisfy any chocolate craving..

Very rich!! However, Kids and hubbie LOVED it all the more! I did make my own cookie dough and mixed some in with the crust to prevent the "crumbly crust" syndrome that other reviewers had mentioned. Be sure to cool completely... it tastes better cold, as well. Thank you Sarah!

I tried this recipe and it was really good. My family and co-workers enjoyed it. I didn't love the texture of the graham cracker crust, it was pretty crumbly. I did make some modifications. I'm not being "holier" than anyone, it's just that I prefer to make my own cookie batter. I felt there was enough chocolate so I left the chocolate chips out of the batter. Next time, I will use cookie batter on the bottom too. Chilling it was key as the center set up nicely making it easier to cut and cleaner in appearance.

I just have to add to my review...I couldn't find the "bit'o brickle" so, I bought regular Heath bars and crushed em up myself (used the same equivivents) Also, Heath Bars do have ALMONDS in them...just in case you are serving to a potential allergic crowd!
