Ingredients

Vinaigrette

1/2: cup sliced fresh strawberries

2: teaspoons sugar

1/4: teaspoon salt

: Dash pepper

1: tablespoon oil

2: teaspoons balsamic vinegar

Salad

1: (10-oz.) pkg. romaine-blend mixed salad greens

1: cup sliced fresh strawberries

1: (11-oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained

2: tablespoons sliced green onions

Directions

1 In blender container, combine all vinaigrette ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth.
2 To assemble salads, divide salad greens onto individual plates. Top each with 1/4 cup strawberries and orange segments. Drizzle vinaigrette over salads. Sprinkle with onions.

This is a great change for a salad. I doubled the strawberries in the dressing and added a little salt and pepper. I also used grapes instead of the mandarin oranges. Definately a make again recipe!
