Fruit Smoothie Cubes

Ingredients

ripe bananas

(8-oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained
1
(10-oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened sliced strawberries in syrup, slightly thawed, broken up

Directions

  1. 1 Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups or use 2 ice cube trays. In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth, stopping blender and scraping down sides 2 or 3 times.
  2. 2 Divided mixture evenly into paper-lined cups or ice cube trays (about 2 1/2 tablespoons each). Freeze 3 hours or until solid.
  3. 3 Let fruit cubes stand at room temperature for 1 minute. Remove from cups and remove paper, or remove from ice cube trays. Place cubes in resealable freezer plastic bags. Store in freezer until ready to use.
