Fruit Quesadilla with a twist!

I made this in a quesadilla maker. A frying pan on a stove should work the same just use low heat for two minutes. It's simple and involves vary few ingredients.

Directions

  • 1 Set out the cream cheese to get it a little soft. Then spread on the flour tortilla both sides.
  • 2 Cut up the peaches into small pieces and put in a strainer to let out a little bit of the juice.
  • 3 Sprnkle cinnamon on one side of the tortilla, also drizzle just a tad bit of honey, then layer the peaches. Place that side in the frying pan or quesadilla maker. Add cinnmon on the other tortilla and place on top of the one with the peaches. Close lid and cook for about 1-2minutes just enough to where it is warm. Cute and serve with milk.

Place a few blueberries on the side of everyone's plate. And you can let them put in on the quesadilla cold or you can ask if they prefer it warm. The bluberries cold give it a nice twist to have it with the warm peaches and cream cheese.
