Ingredients

Crust

bite-sized pecan shortbread cookies, crushed (1 cup)

tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

bite-sized pecan shortbread cookies

Filling

gallon (8 cups) peach frozen yogurt or ice cream, softened

tablespoons chopped pecans or cookie crumbs

Directions

  1. 1 In small bowl, combine crushed cookies and margarine; mix well. Press mixture evenly in bottom only of 9-inch pie pan. Stand whole cookies up around edges, pressing slightly into crust mixture. Freeze 20 minutes or until cold.
  2. 2 Carefully spread frozen yogurt in crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover; freeze at least 2 hours before serving.
