More of a question. I find it odd that the crust isn't baked. I forgot to bake a crust like this once and it crumbled to pieces. How does this crust stay together?

Excellent and can also use lemon sherbert and lemon yogurt as well!!!!! Or any sherbert and yogurt combo will do.

This torte is to die for! I have taken this torte as a covered dish for several occasions and it wins the favorite dessert each time. Love it!

I have made this recipe several times and my family loves it. It is light and refreshing especially on a hot day. It is requested by my husband every spring. This dessert is very easy and great for entertaining.
