A superb coffee-flavored frozen filling in a no-fat chocolate crust adds up to a special dessert you can serve often.

2
tablespoons instant espresso powder or dark-roast coffee granules

tablespoon boiling water
15

fat-free devil's food cookie cakes, cut up
1
quart (4 cups) frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/4

  • 3 Bake at 375°F. for 5 minutes. Cool in freezer or refrigerator.
