Ingredients

box Hamburger Helper™ cheesy Italian shells

carton (32 oz) Progresso™ reduced-sodium chicken broth

cup water
1
cup sliced carrots
1
can (15 or 15.5 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with Italian-style herbs, undrained
1
medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces
1/4
cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1
tablespoon sliced fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. 1 In 4-quart Dutch oven, mix uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), the broth, water and carrots. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Stir in beans, tomatoes and zucchini. Cover; cook about 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until pasta and vegetables are tender.
  3. 3 Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
