Fresh tuna steaks topped with a simple mix of parsley, lemon peel, olive oil and garlic are easy enough to make for a weeknight supper and special enough for guests.

Ingredients

1/4
cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2
tablespoons grated lemon peel
1
teaspoon olive oil
1
garlic clove, minced
4
(4-oz.) tuna steaks (1 inch thick)
1/4
teaspoon salt

Steps

  • 1 In small bowl, combine parsley, lemon peel, oil and garlic; mix well. Set aside.
  • 2 Line broiler pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place tuna steaks on foil-lined pan; sprinkle with salt.
  • 3 Broil about 4 inches from heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, topping fish with parsley mixture during last minute of broiling time.
