Fresh Strawberry Tarts

It's easier than you think: The tart shells are made with an inverted muffin pan. Pie crust rounds are draped over the inverted cups and baked. Then, just fill and enjoy!

In stead of the strawberry glaze, I just used frozen strawberries that had some juice in it too. They turned out VERY yummy!

The best part is that you can use seasonal fruits!

I thought these were very good. I didn't add the chocolate though.

I altered this recipe some and it was GOOD! I don''t like fudge or milk chocolate, so I melted a handful of white chocolate chips and put a little bit into each pastry before putting the filling. Then I drizzled the top of the finished product with white chocolate as well. I served them to my roommates and nieghbors and everyone loved them!
