Fresh Strawberry Tarts

It's easier than you think: The tart shells are made with an inverted muffin pan. Pie crust rounds are draped over the inverted cups and baked. Then, just fill and enjoy!

I would love to have a recipe for the glaze so I could make my own.

Very easy and will make again. I had strawberries that were not very sweet to eat by themselves and wanted to make something with them and not just throw them away. These were good.

In the past I've used a star cookie cutter. I've also filled the tart shells with lemon curd topped with fresh raspberries, fresh blueberries mixed with blueberry glaze and topped with a little bit of lemon zest, as well as cherry pie filling and fresh strawberries mixed with some glaze. Anything goes!

GREAT!! Made this for a gathering, but didn't use chocolate or glaze. I used "No bake cheesecake" and topped with strawberries/cool whip. SO YUMMY! Make sure you only bake up to 7 minutes (and they don't have to look golden brown to be done). Also, if you have to put scraps together for the last one, really mend the seams together or else it won't bake well. Was thinking of adding canned apple pie filling next time or any pie filling. I got 16 little pie crusts from 1 box (2 crusts) of pillsbury pie crusts.

Really easy to make and definitely very good. I made it without the strawberry pie glaze and thought it tasted better!

These were very easy and very quick to make. But be careful 5-7 minutes is all you need. I burned the first batch. I used two cookie cutters one the shape of a house and the other heart shaped. Both came out adorable. I filled them with ice cream topped with blueberries and whipped cream. It was a wonderful light dessert.
