Fresh Strawberry Fruit Dip

Enjoy this yogurt and cream cheese based fresh strawberries dip with fruits - It's both low-fat and delicious!

Ingredients

container (6 oz) vanilla custard-style low-fat yogurt

container (8 oz) reduced-fat or fat-free cream cheese

tablespoons sugar

cup sliced fresh strawberries

teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 In food processor or blender, process yogurt, cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add strawberries and vanilla; process about 1 minute or until smooth. Chill 1 hour to blend flavors.
  • 2 Serve with cut-up pineapple or banana chunks, strawberries and apple wedges.
