Fresh Mango Salsa

To select ripe mangoes, look for yellow skin with red mottling, or purchase mango slices in a jar in the produce section of the grocery store.

bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® organic frozen sliced peaches (1 1/2 cups), thawed

cups finely chopped peeled fresh mango (about 2) or 1 jar (24 oz) mango slices, drained, chopped

jar (16 oz) Old El Paso® Wild for Mild® Thick 'n Chunky salsa (2 cups)

cup chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 medium)

small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 If desired, coarsely chop peaches. In medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Serve with chips for dipping or as sauce for chicken, fish or meat.
