Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® organic frozen sliced peaches (1 1/2 cups), thawed
  • 2 cups finely chopped peeled fresh mango (about 2) or 1 jar (24 oz) mango slices, drained, chopped
  • 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 medium)
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped

    If desired, coarsely chop peaches. In medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Serve with chips for dipping or as sauce for chicken, fish or meat.
