Fresh Fruit with Ginger Dip

cup apricot preserves

tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger

cantaloupe balls (1 inch in diameter)

honeydew melon balls (1 inch in diameter)
  • 1 Mix sour cream, preserves and ginger until well blended. Stir in cilantro. Place in small serving bowl.
  • 2 Arrange strawberries and melon balls on platter. Serve with dip.
