Fresh Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps

Chips and salsa for dessert? Absolutely, at least when it's this sprightly fruit blend with peaches, apples, and hints of orange, ready to scoop with cinnamon-scented tortilla crisps.

This is fantastic! I used bagged pita chips instead for a time saver. It was very yummy with those too! I will be making it again soon!

This was so yummy!I made it for a farwell reception for those who could not or did not want cake. It's a nice summer treat! I cheated and bought bagged cinnamon and sugar pita chips for the sake of time!I think I'll make it again to eat myself!

This was awesome. I wanted something different for my work lunchon. We all make a dish and bring it in. I was something different fresh and light. This was exactly was I was looking for. The fresh fruit and the cinnamon crips were the hit of the lunchon. I make this a lot, and change the fruit around that I use, but it is AWESOME. I would highly recommend for any dessert.

This dessert is very good, I've made this for years, the only difference is I added chopped kiwi for extra color and flavor.

Peaches weren't in season so I used canned (in light syrup). Very tasty!

I made this for work. It was great! Made the chips 1 1/2 ahead of time and just kept them in a ziploc bag.

I made this for my daughters' art show reception at our local gallery...it was in June...it was PERFECT for the table with all the other "stuff". VERY EASY and so good!! The chips are so different tasting, they are good all by themselves.
