It’s 10 minutes to low-cal refreshment when you whip up this mixture.

Ingredients

cups cubed cantaloupe

cups cubed honeydew melon

cup halved fresh strawberries

large banana, halved lengthwise, sliced

cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate

cup orange-flavored carbonated beverage, chilled

Steps

  • 1 In large bowl, gently mix all fruit and orange juice concentrate. Stir in carbonated beverage. Serve in small dessert bowls.

Expert Tips

You can cut up all of the fruit except the banana ahead of time. Add the orange juice and carbonated beverage just before serving.

For a potluck, serve the fruit in small plastic cups. Add a touch of fun by moistening and dipping the rim of the cups in colored sugar.
