Fresh Fruit Medley

A honey-poppy seed dressing coats attractive fruit. It's a tasty, 20-minute salad.

Ingredients

Honey-Poppy Seed Dressing

cup vegetable oil

tablespoons honey

tablespoons lemon juice

teaspoons poppy seed

Fruits

nectarines or apricots, sliced

orange, peeled, sliced

medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pieces

small bunch seedless grapes, each cut in half (2 cups)
  • 1 In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients. Shake again before pouring over fruits.
  • 2 In large bowl, toss fruits and dressing. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
