I'm thinking of making this for dinner over the weekend. What kind of broth did you use? This sounds yummy and I think my husband will like it.

We loved this! I used chicken broth instead of wine and added a little garlic (since I think everything should have garlic) and some peas and carrots. The man said he could eat it every night.

I love this recipe, but I add less salt and substitute broth for wine. I also use Swiss Cheese as a substitute because it is cheaper and tastes just as good. I also add canned english peas and chopped carrots. Try it, you'll like it.

It has to much sodium in it and when you have to watch your sodium you have make to many changes to balance it.

My friend made this for me, and it's a regular for me now. It's fast, extremely good and easy...what more can I say?
I used broth instead of wine. And one time I added tiny frozen peas because they're healthy and pretty. Try this recipe!
