oz. Brie cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices

French rolls or mini-baguettes, split lengthwise, toasted
4
tomato slices
Leaf lettuce

Directions

  1. 1 Place 1/4 of the cheese on bottom half of each toasted roll. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  2. 2 Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomato slices, lettuce leaves and top halves of rolls.
