Free Form Strawberry Cheesecake

This de-constructed strawberry cheesecake is impossibly easy to make. A light, elegant dessert served in a glass and ready for any occasion in just 20 minutes.

cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup powdered sugar

cups ready-to-eat cheesecake filling

teaspoon grated lime peel

tablespoon lime juice

crisp gourmet cookies, crumbled
Whipped cream, if desired
Additional grated lime peel, if desired
Lime slices, if desired
  • 1 In medium bowl, mix strawberries and 2 tablespoons of the powdered sugar.
  • 2 In small bowl, mix cheesecake filling, 1 teaspoon grated lime peel, the lime juice and remaining 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.
  • 3 Spoon cheesecake mixture into 6 (6-oz) glasses or ramekins. Sprinkle with crumbled cookies. Top with strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream, additional lime peel and lime slices. Serve immediately.
