The biscuits failed to cook all the way through, plus the hotdogs over powered the other ingredients. If I were to make this again I would use ONE layer of bisuits and purchase sausage links instead of hotdogs.

I made this and it was great. Only next time I will add less hot sauce.

I made this for a party that I had and everyone liked it. I left off the chips on top though. The only part that I didn't like is that there was way too much biscuit compared to beans ratio. Next time, I'll add more beans!

I have loved this recipe since I was a kid and my mother made it. I started making it in college for my friends. Everyone always laughed when I said I was making hot dog bean casserole but then they tried it. Of course, it never lasted the night as everyone kept going back for more. I still make it on occasion for my sister and myself. It tastes so good and brings backs memories of our childhood. I usually double the amount of baked beans and increase the ketchup and chili sauce to 1/2 cup each. Give it a try, you won't be sorry!
