Almost didn't try this because it sounded like they'd have pasta in them, which didn't sound nice. I think two would be too many - fill it out with a fresh salad!

Why is it called lasgana cup-it should be called italian veggie cup or something,but take out the lasagana part!

I'm confused about the instructions? Do you shape the biscuits on the bottom of the pan then transfer to the muffin cups to bake? Why not just press them into the muffin cups to start with??

My family loved it! The only problem was the chunky vegetables so next time I will just chop them into smaller pieces to make them bite sized. But, other than that, this recipe's a keeper! Thank you Pillsbury!!!

I did some different things with the recipe. I didn't have any rioctta, so I put cheddar cheese in the bottom of the "cups" and I added garlic salt instead of fresh garlic, ommiting the salt that it called for. The kids loved it and I will make it again. Hopefully the right way next time :)
