I just got done making these for the Kids and they loved them! I do agree though, splitting them into four pieces each is next to impossible. I just halved them and flattened them out a bit. They were very well received!

The only issue I had with this recipe is that it is impossible (for me anyway) to separate into 4 layers - 3 was a challenge. Other than that, the treats were received well by th football crowd.

These are yummy. I split the biscuits in half spread pesto on all the biscuits. I cooked sweet onions and garlic with olive oil in the microwave for 10 minutes. Then red peppers in a jar chopped and topped biscuits with onions, garlic, red peppers, pepperoni and mozzerella cheese. I could only split the biscuits in half so I just flatten then thin. Would make again.

My first homemade pizza was with biscuits in one of my high school cooking class. It was so good. I made them for my Mom and now, my niece and nephew make them when they are over the house for all of us.

When making these, I use the whole biscuit flattened. They come out very well and don't get soggy. The biscuits are tender enough for even the littlest ones to eat easily.

This was wonderful!! I plan on experimenting with it, and seeing how other toppings are!! Highly recommended, but they do get a little soggy quickly, but still taste gooooood!!

I saw this recipe and thought it was wonderful for lunch. I had 5 other children over for a sleep over and when you put that with the six of my own, I needed something fun and appetizing. This did the trick :).
