Made these for Thanksgiving this year and they were a BIG hit. Everyone raved about them. I forgot to add the sherry to the shrimp while they were being sauteed, so I very lightly brushed the assembled shrimp puff tops with the dry sherry, worked just as well. Will be making these again and again!

Have been making these for 3 years. HUGE party pleaser. I add some hot spice on top to finish the heat.

I made this for Chritsmas as a side dish and it tasted extremely good!Everyone should try it!
