I have made this dip for parties the night before, I just made sure that I put the guac under the sour cream to help keep it from browning. Everyone thought that it was a store bought item, since I put it on a tray I bought from Sam's that has a lid. (Too funny!) If I am making it for my family, I call it more than the Five-Layer Mexican Dip, since we put more on it. (black olives, tomatoes, chives, salsa/on the side.)
