I made this Christmas morning it was great! I did not have swiss cheese so I used cheddar, added 2 more slices of bacon, a 4 oz can of mild green chilies (along with the artichokes), and made it in a non-stick pan CRUSTLESS

While in mexico on vacation back in march me and my boyfriend had quiche one morning for breakfest and we loved it so we where wanting to make something just like it when we got home and I have to say this was the recipe that made us feel like we where on vacation all over again. I made this for the first time a couple weeks ago for a Saturday breakfest/brunch and it was great. It does take alittle longer then 35 mins but it came out so good. And I love it because you can add whatever you like I did mushrooms bacon and cheese. Making it again this weekend and going to add onions to it..Very easy and very good for a weekend breakfest....

This dish is very delicious and easy, and I made it for dinner one night. We loved it so much we made it to take to a father's day bbq. There was none left.

wickedgoodbaker can you elaborate on your individual muffin cups? how much dough did you line the cups with? also how much did you fill, halfway, 2/3? I've been trying different ways to get single servings with crescent rolls, but don't like them that much. Thanks! Cindy

We loved this Quiche! We did add more cheese and bacon, and did sub out the artichoke for more kid friendly, tomatoe, spinach and mushrooms. It cooked about the same time as called for, maybe another 5 mins more and fed five people! We will be using this reciepe again and again!

This was delicious!!! It took a lot longer to cook though. It took me 1 hour at 375 before the middle would set. But it was worth it! I also put in 2 extra pieces of bacon. It was very easy to make and will be a regular recipe in out house.

Great recipe! This one is definitely a keeper for me. I replaced the artichoke with mushrooms and baked for 40 minutes. This was my first attempt at making a Quiche and I was so surprised that it was so easy to make. I prepared it for a family gathering, and each of my siblings asked for the recipe. The texture and flavor was wonderful. I'll make it again in a muffin tin and try to freeze a few.
