Someone said had to cook longer ,an was floury.. Cannot over need bread it will add flour making it taste floury. As for baking time altitudes make a difference, may need adjusting the oven temperature.

a real quick bread recipe that tastes great. easy and inexpensive.

Followed this recipe to a "T", measured my flours by spooning in measuring cup & leveling, did everything recipe called for. #1:Had to bake longer then specified #2: It tasted like flour more then anything. My oven is calibrated correctly & I used fresh good brands to make this. Will not make again nor will I recommend this recipe.
