frozen crisp battered fish fillets
1
can (10.2 oz.) large refrigerated buttermilk homestyle biscuits (5 biscuits)
1/2
cup sandwich spread, mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/4
cups shredded lettuce
5
slices Canadian bacon
5
slices American cheese
5
thin slices tomato

Directions

  1. 1 In 15x10-inch pan or on large cookie sheet, prepare fish fillets as directed on package, except during last 15 minutes of baking, reduce oven temperature to 375°F.
  2. 2 Remove fish from oven. Move fish to one side of pan. Separate dough into 5 biscuits; place 1 inch apart in same pan.
  3. 3 Return pan to oven; bake at 375°F. for 11 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and fish is thoroughly heated.
  4. 4 Split warm biscuits; spread each biscuit half with sandwich spread. Top bottom halves of biscuits with lettuce, Canadian bacon, fish fillet, cheese and tomato. Cover with top halves of biscuits.
