frozen 97% fat-free baked breaded fish fillets or patties

cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon pickle relish

whole wheat sandwich buns, split, toasted

(3/4-oz.) slices light American cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Prepare fish fillets as directed on package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise and relish; mix well. Spread cut sides of buns with mayonnaise mixture. Place 2 fish fillets on bottom of each bun; top with cheese and cover with top of bun.
