I took these to a regular group gathering yesterday. We have a vegetarian friend and sometimes I struggle with what to take to include her. These were great, easy, and everybody loved them!

It's easy and delicious, especially right out of the oven!
A great appetizer for entertaining. I love the fig and blue cheese combination, different and veru tasty.
