Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix corn and refried beans. Spread mixture evenly onto 3 tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas.
When grill is heated, place filled tortillas on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill over low coals; cover grill. Cook 5 minutes. With pancake turner, carefully turn tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges to serve.
