I made these this weekend and they were an absolute HIT!!!! Everyone loved them. I made them a little different. I mixed the bacon, cream cheese, green chili's, salsa togehter with some shredded cheese. I then dolloped that into the tins with the pie crust. I topped with additional shredded cheese and some bacon. VERY VERY YUMMY!!!!

Sounds really great...something I can make to treat my Wednesday night Bible study group. I'm always looking for simple and delicious treats to take to church. Thank you.

These are wonderful! I bought the refrigerated pie crust that comes in a roll so you can lay it out flat to cut for the cups. I also sprinkled a little bit of shredded cheese on each one before I put them in the oven. I made them for a family gathering and they were a big hit. Everyone loved them. Will definately make them again!
