Festive Shrimp and Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury Garlic-Butter Crescent dinner rolls
1/2
cup coarsely chopped cooked shrimp
1/2
cup finely shredded chedder blend cheese
1/3
cup sour cream and chives cream cheese spread
1/2
tsp Old Bay seasoning

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles.
  • 3 Firmly press perforations to seal.
  • 4 If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles.
  • 5 Spread cream cheese spread over each rectangle to edges.
  • 6 Sprinkle each with chopped shrimp, cheddar cheese and seasoning. Press in lightly.
  • 7 Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal.
  • 8 Wrap in saran wrap and place in freezer to set for approximately 8-10 minutes.
  • 9 With serrated knife, cut each roll into 8 slices; place cut side down on cookie sheet.
  • 10 Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm
