I made this for christmas at my in-laws. I was told that this has to be the dish that I make from now on. Everyone loved it. In the center of the ring, I put a bowl and once out of the oven I put honey mustard in the bowl as a dipping sauce. VERY GOOD !!

We make this all the time! One of our favorites. Easy to mix up the filling ahead of time and prepare the biscuits when you are ready to pop it in the oven. We have also used bacon and mozzarella, which is also really good!

Tried the spicy chili, cheese & onions, didn't like it as much so I will go back to the ham. It did look good in the shape of a football though. (Used mozzerella cheese to make the laces)

I made this today for the first time, but used a mozzerella/cheddar blend of cheeses, didn't have any green or red peppers for decorations either. I used very dry pimentos and fine chopped green onion leaves. They flew off the plate!! Everyone had at least 3 balls, while traditional brunch foods brought by others went home with them only half eaten. I brought home an empty plate. I will definately make this again... was thinking about spicy chili, cheese, onion mix in shape of a football for Superbowl Sunday Paert.

Very pretty presentation! Took alittle time to prepare but was a great appeitizer. And the receipe was exactly accurate on the amounts. Will make again stuffed with who-knows-what! Just won't do the wreath until next Christmas.

I made this for my relative's Christmas Eve Party and they were a big hit! I cooked and served mine as individual bites and not as a wreath, so I think they served up much better. Prep time was longer than I thought, but not difficult. We immediately started discussing other filling ideas: ground beef and cheddar for mini burger balls, breakfast sausage, egg and cheese for brunch balls, chocolate chips, etc.
