Is there a substitute for cream cheese? Not a fan of the taste?

This is a wonderful dessert especially in the Summer with fresh fruits available. I make in a 10 in tart pan,,cook 15 min +- and dont cool as long as suggested for easier removal. (Also add 2 T minced crystalized ginger to filling) Fan out the strawberry slices on outer edges and decorate with various colorful fruits. Make SURE to brush fruits with melted apple jelly for professional looking gloss and shine!Beautiful!

Fabulous, easy, colorful, delish. What more could you want in a recipe? My only complaint is that one fruit pizza is not enough--next time I will make two! BTW: I did use the jelly, because it makes the fruit look really shiny and pretty.

By request, I bring this to almost every family gathering. For Easter, I arrange cookie dough slices on a cookie sheet in the shape of an egg. For Christmas, in the shape of a Christmas tree. After baking, I arrange fresh sliced fruits like decorations over the icing. There're never any leftovers!

I replaced the 1/3 C. sugar with confectioners (powdered) sugar; it blends better with the cream chees. When possible, I also add Kiwi slices.

I also added about 1 cup and a half of cool whip to make it creamer. It was delicious.

This is the easiest & tastiest dessert to make!I'm required to make it for every holiday function. My daughter even wants fruit pizza for her birthday cake! If I don't make fruit pizza I'm not allowed in the door. And I put different fruits depending on who it's for-sometimes it's strawberries, kiwi, grapes & apples & others it's pineapple, blueberries, bananas & mango. I also only spread a thin glaze of jelly on the bananas & apples since they can turn brown so fast. I also make designs w/ the fruit in large pieces while other times cut everything in very small pieces & just throw it on there.

Made 2 of these for the 4th and a good thing too. I thought they were going to lick the pans. So easy and allows you so many different choices. I did scratch cookie dough using Splenda, since we have a couple of diabetics in the family. They were able to enjoy this sweet treat with no problems.
