This turned out well. I did a few things different, subbing in what I had on hand. I used alittle extra veggies and half the sausage. I used green pepper, onion and fresh mushroom which I did in the butter first. Then I took them out so I could brown up the sausage and put everything back in the pan. It wasn't the fastest recipe but tasted good and was a different style of pasta.

use margarine no butter, add some fat free sour cream, or fat free cream cheese with low fat milk and make a cheese sauce - then it would be healthy.

We really liked this quick dinner idea! I used green onion sausage, fresh mushrooms, goya complete seasoning and added tomatoes at the end. This one will be used again and again!
